What do dry erase markers, dance chaperones and “Undie Sunday” have in common?
They’re all related to needs in our local schools that have been met by community partners through Better Schools Better Community.
It’s said that it takes a village to raise a child.
Our village is Greeley.
And the 20,000 students in our K-12 schools are all our children.
When they succeed educationally, we all win with a well-prepared workforce for Greeley’s future.
Thank you community partners! Thank you:
State Farm – for donating warm clothing to children who have none
Redeemer Greeley – for scheduling game night for children who’ve never played one
Centennial Rotary – for honoring students and teachers every month
North Colorado Medical Center – for providing teacher meals on conference nights
Cornerstone Mortgage and ReMax Alliance for sponsoring Family Movie Night
Greeley Rotary – for talking about real life ethical issues with high schoolers
These organizations represent a few of the partners in our community.
Could your business assist a school with an unfunded or understaffed need?
